Well I have finally received my refund after 45 days!!!! it is worrying why they are holding onto customers money for such a long time. Also this so called 'clearance' still carrying on after weeks doesn't look good for them as a company does it

Please just think before buying from Rocks&Co I am waiting for an quite an expensive refund - day 30 now I have rung up customers services and been told that refunds are now as a credit to your account with them and not credit back to your original payment method what!!!! Yes had the email too, no boxes with purchases so if buying something for a present would have to buy a box, delivery with Royal Mail is a bit of worry as can be unreliable also p&p charges for each day no combined weekend postage :( Not sure about this Wonder when website will be back up and...

Thanks for your reply yes I asked why item was not sent courier and was told only items over £150 now being sent by courier, but know this isn't true!!!! not happy at all, feel just excuses going to make me think before I order in the future I think :(

Hi, is anyone else having problems with deliveries from TJC? I ordered on 2nd December still not received item - contacted customers services said they can't track it as been sent royal mail over £100 worth of order - can't refund for another week! anyone else experiencing problems please...

I don't think it's good that live help as gone either, and no more freephone number now a 0845 number so all best features have gone :(

Yes I agree also, just getting too much all these under days and tanzanite / diamond and now emerald day just gets so boring watching, really wish they would listen to our opinions on this matter, like you say meeshoo they have seem to lost middle ground either expensive or cheap, never...

Hi Gemcherub :hi:, last time i bought from personal shopper it was the price that the item last sold for on air, but did buy some earrings last year and said to personal shopper that i had seen it sell for less than price she quoted and she checked and sold them to me to me for the lowest price...

PPC John Scott has just said earrings non refundable - not effecting your statutory rights so doesn't look good :( would buy more earrings from TJC if they changed there policy.
