    Kitchenaid

Thanks, I will have to get one when the pennies allow. I have visited their actual shop when I decided that i 'needed' the ice cream attatchment! Just be aware that it can be a very expensive place as there is way too much nice kitchen stuff in there (and a Seasalt concession)! The...

    Kitchenaid

You're welcome spartacus! I thought I should add that, despite that, I do use it all the time and wouldn't be without it now. It use the dough hook loads to make bread and rolls which doesn't cause a problem.

    Kitchenaid

I've got the classic, not from Q I hasten to add. Was lucky to get it on an Amazon black friday deal a couple of years ago, or I could never have afforded it. It is annoying when you have to stop the machine and rescrape the bowl, I'm hoping to get the beater with the silicone edge to it at...

Wish I had come on here first before spending 10 mins trying to work out what was going on then resorting to my phone!

Jeanne Bice - Quacker Factory Founder

Sad news. I too am always drawn to the sparkly Christmas tops, but have managed to resist (OK, I sent one back once), but I had a lot of admiration for Ms Bice.

    Skagen oceans ???

Oceans they definitely ain't, but it is amazing. This is one of the few places in the world that I have actually been to, and it it as a lovely place. It's amazing to see these two seas crash into each other- like a perpetual watery punch up when the tide comes in! Still don't understand how...

    Yankee candle winter collection AD

LOL just goes to show how we all react differently- I like the caramel smell and it's never once made me think of curry. It seems to be nice burned along with the spiced orange. I have been saving apple pie, and lit it today but the fragrance isn't overwhealming atm. Although I do have the door...

Philosophy TSV Thursday the 26th of August

£45 is a lot for me atm but I've just run out of HIAJ and it's the only thing that keeps my skin clear. I also love the wash and supernatural. The lipgloss may be a Christmas pressie as I have loads as they last so long.

yankee candle auto delivery from jan 2010

I got the letter two days after the candles as well- what a waste of paper and postage. On first sniff, we think Buttercream is yummy, Fruit salad is lovely, not too sure about Tutti fruiti yet.

    TSV begonias

I couldn't believe that they didn't charge the same P&P for the double set- 1/2 off postage indeed- they are having a laugh as usual. Not exactly inspiring for the first gardening TSV of the season- which incidently, I think has started too early also.

    Yankee Candles TSV - 31/08/09

Nor have I Bluebell, I thought I was cured also..... until I fell off the wagon spectacularly during the last week. I have gone a bit mad- and it's not just one type of thing! I've bought a handbag, pyjamas, trainers for DS1 and myself and lots of craft. OOPS! In my defence, they have all been...

    Hydrahose- any good?

Does anyone have any thoughts on the TSV please? I seem to remember that the automatic one wasn't much use but is the hose itself worth it? I suspect that they had planned this for today assuming it would be hot weather!
