Tried there it’s just the magazine

Can’t find it anywhere. Every copy I’ve seen it’s only the magazine and no cream.

I thought it was just me. When I put it on the cotton wool pad, it was foamier. When I applied it I found it sticky and tacky. It also stung my eyes, where the old one was fine. I lasted half an hour before I had to wash it off. Now on the hunt for a replacement.

Apologises I’ve looked but I can’t found it. Can someone please tell me what year a Decleor product is if it starts with a Z. Thank you

The batch code number at the bottom, is when the product was made. So that one 7083 is already 2 years since it was made. Hope that makes sense - sorry if I confused anyone.

Check the batch code on the bottom of the pump. The first digit represents the year and other 3 digits represent the day during the year. e.g. 7083 would be roughly 24th of March 2017

Just received my TSV, the Cleanse & Polish 100ml pump is already over 2 years old !

Hi just wanted to say thanks to llloyd and Sazza for the batch codes. I’ve checked some of mine and they are really old. I’m I working it out correctly ? XU537A = 2015 ULM53A = 2012 Also if they start 44 = 2018 and 45 = 3019 ?? Thanks so much xx

Don’t know if it’s just me. I got my TSV yesterday and tried the cherry blossom shower gel as I hadn’t had it for ages. Could hardly smell it. And when I put it in the bath there was no smell at all !!

Do you return it as normal. Or do you have to fill out a form. The only reason for asking, is when I have returned an item that I haven’t used I never get the P&P back. Many thanks
