Ordered 3 items, 2 arrived (only 2 ticks on the enclosed invoice), last item failed to arrive. Customer Services stated missing item was discontinued apologised and would refund, giving a £5 (30 day) voucher for inconvenience. Full cost of missing item and full p&p of the item refunded to...
