Rebecca Perfect - tech expert?

Ok, nitpicking here (I'm bored and tired) but why does a self proclaimed tech expert link to the studio with what looks like a webcam from 1995 and an internet connection that seems to only handle a resolution that makes an old black and white CRT TV look like 4K? Shouldn't she be on something amazing? When she links to her Ring doorbell the picture quality is better. Maybe she should sit on the doorstep and do her pieces to camera that way?

QVC's tech experts have very little credibility, imo. But it just reinforces it when they are dialling in on ancient tech. To be fair, they could be in areas with abysmal or none-existent broadband.

Or they are just 'generic experts', know a bit about beauty, a bit about fashion, a bit about Churchill biscuits, and have done a DIY course in tech stuff.
