High top trainers with squishy soles as you can see when the models stand in them and in some hideous colours. No support for the ankles, nothing I haven't already got, so nothing attracts me to these boots. Disappointing. I've got 3 pairs of Chugga boots (thank you Amazon) which I love and they do the job.

Eek, yes. With that lighter colour and shiny finish, they look like cheap plastic. They even appear to have a completely different shape.

The pool of bland ambassadors is getting smaller, but mostly shallower over recent months!
I will take wet Evie over TAV every time though. At least she can say wiTH instead of wiV!!

I get your point and agree - mind you there isn’t a fag paper between them and then there is MW/RL Melissa. Nuff said!

Actually apart from the boots, it’s quite a nice photo. Normally I like gold sneakers but in this style I think they are the worst option, perhaps better in RL

We've just been to Aldi and bought Mr C a pair of brown boots, made in China like the rest of them, for £16.99 - fits his broad feet well, very comfortable, good soles and look good. OK, they're not leather or fleece-lined, but at that price you can't go wrong, even for just wearing round the house.

I agree, I am not that petite but these would just look far too clumpy on me
Thanks for the Amazon mention i just searched Chugga boots on there and saw a pair from a company called Mishansha I think, they look less clumpy and are only £38 with free delivery so will give them a try i think

I don't remember that ad at all !! I see we're back to the 'trendy' names again - Woody (I think Zoe Ball's child is called that too).

I heard another bland ambassador yesterday refer to her son ..... Fox !!! I've heard of a 'Wolf', but lets hear it for DOG and CAT or RABBIT and SQUIRREL . Makes roll call at school a bit interesting ....... or "stop messsing about at the back there Cat and Squirrel '
