Same here. Only buying as I go along! Besides it’s a great idea to use products with the most recent manufacture date. No more stockpiling.

They are shooting themselves in the foot with the old stock debacle. Every time I see any Elemis or Ultrasun kits I always wonder how old the products are. I for one know I will struggle to buy any of these brands from QVC as much as I used to.

At least they don’t generally try and offload old stock like Elemis…..allegedly . Their Almond TSV from last summer was made within 3 months of the TSV.

Check this out. It’s very good value so makes me wonder if it’s ‘old’ stock lollllll.

Apart from the mist it is very similar to the TSV from last Summer which had the bar of soap and is still unused. I also haven’t opened the almond refill. I must use up what I have before replenishing bath products.

It’s interesting that a lot of vendors jump to QVC at the slightest opportunity.

It’s actually embarrassing when the Presenters, especially Flinty tries to sell the 1/2 postage as a good deal.

Then they must stop saying 3 years unopened as it makes it so hazy! Plus stop telling people to buy 2, 3 or more as Ms Fllint often says! Most people use other products as well so stockpiling shouldn’t be recommended with these inconsistent shelf life.

Well I imagine only a small percentage check/know about it. They can get away with it.

There’s a big difference saying it’s 3 years unopened and then subtly saying it’s 1 year shelf life at a minimum. They then encourage people to stockpile. Most people buying definitely think they have up to 3 years to use their stockpile. Keeley is one smug Brand Ambassador. Acting as if butter...

In terms of shelf life I would watch out for Ultrasun. I got caught out twice. I bought 2 kits at different times and they had a short shelf life left. I’m now always reluctant to buy when I see any heavily discounted kits. I noticed a few in today’s Ultrasun show.

It’s ridiculous! That’s how QVC manage to get good value on their Elemis kits. They buy up older stock allegedly.

That’s exactly the issue. I bought a set in Dec.21 which had the 50ml PCMC thinking it would have 3 years shelf life. Saying that it wasn’t too bad as it had Apr.21 manufacture period. I still haven’t used it yet but it’s next in my stash haha.

I have the big size bought direct from Elemis last year. I can’t describe it but was looking to see if I liked it as much as the Neroli one. Almost there. I find it subtle if you don’t want anything overpowering. It’s decent. I know I haven’t helped much! Hahaha.
