It's not really a refund, you have to buy something else to get it. It's a credit into your account to use on another purchase (min £20) before the end of April. It's just a sales tactic (not exclusive to IW) to entice you into buying another product from them.

I never pre heat my fan oven, food goes in right away.

Maybe the viewer needs to update their oven, with a fan assissted oven you cook right away, no heating up time.
