Glen Campbell is a bit of a fraud - discuss

It sold well but I wonder how well it will launder. I'm very cautious about knitted tops because I don't want pilling or stretching after washing. It's a big disappointment when this happens because the original top you bought will never look the same.

A bit tight around her mid-section. She should stay away from clinging tops.

    Ruth Langsford Fashion TSV 19/04/24

Ruth looked good in the blue trouser suit. I wonder if she had had it altered to fit her so well. On the models and on Jackie it looked badly fitting, but when Jilly came out in the lurid green, it was obvious that this set was not going to flatter anyone's figure without serious and expensive...

Glen Campbell is a bit of a fraud - discuss

Glen has nice, brown ankles to show off, but men with fish-belly white ankles look pathetic in short trousers without socks. Glen's short trousers are not 'hip', however. It's something to do with the cut. Italian men ((many of them) wear short trousers with no socks, but they also have brown...

You're not alone! I'm another one who likes smooth, cotton sheets all year round.

Sorry she lost her mum. As a presenter, I find her very difficult to listen to because she talks too much about issues unconnected to the product she is selling. She has too much 'pep' which is, imo, put on for the camera and is exhausting to listen too.

    A model she isn't!

    Beach cover-up

June seems to be a good sort, but I have to agree that she puts on an act of being 'upper crust' which she ain't!

    Beach cover-up

Judging by the clothes June wears on QVC, I wouldn't want her fashion advice.

I can recommend it. The smell is strange at first, but you get used to it and start to like it. It does not dry out my skin.

His name sounds Italian. Is he a Scot?

    Beach cover-up

We don't need advice how or when to wear our clothes. The advice I dislike the most is 'Wear it when walking your dog.' I walk my dog almost every day and I wear what I've dressed myself in that morning and the same jacket I wear when I go shopping or to other destinations. Another piece of...

    plus size models

Sophia has very large legs. Nothing against her, but longer skirts and wider trousers would suit her so much better than the tight or short clothes the stylists cram her into. You've got to wear clothes that flatter your figure, no matter what size you are.

    What a pain

I don't watch daytime QVC, and I think Simon Biagi presents shows then. However, I wonder how other presenters can fake their interest in a product without it showing. For example, the male presenters must be bored to death with hour long programs of women's clothing, shoes, or handbags...

It's true. Heavy people are often considered lazy, and maybe some are, but not more than average weight people.

June's famous for suggesting we can wear Frank Usher tops over our bikinis. A beach towel is usually all you need.

    plus size models

There are always complaints about a large sized model being squeezed into a size much too small for her but the other day, there was a petite model wearing a blouse much too large for her. The cuffs of the sleeves covered her hands. The so called stylists just can't get it right and the BA's...

    Only fashion ?????

Crazy measurements. Some of the sizes from Monsoon 10 to 20 have up to 4 inches between them. I'd have to buy a size 18 or 20 in RL's line of clothes, but I'm a size 12 at M&S. The same with Helene Berman. With QVC's buying power, surely they could insist on uniform measurements.
