Almost all my orders from qvc i a pay the extra to get it sent premium by DX, my local depo Southampton are brilliant i have never had a problem, if you are not in they leave a card just like royal mail and ask you to ring them to re arrange a convinient delivery time as all deliverys are signed...

Checked the 3 halo's i have and they are identicle, ive got a holo to go from a tsv, a large one from JBD which is nearly finished and a new large one i baught from a US ebayer i cant see any difference in any of them in the pot or on my skin

Oh no, i got a halo to go in a tsv not so long ago but i forget when now, that one is compleatly the same as my large one. I just got a big one in the post this morning from a US seller on ebay havent botherd to check but i will now go and do so i hope its not different

i used alpha h to try and treat my acne and it ended up making it far worce and took months of not useing anything to get it it back to how it was in the first place, try it sparingly on a small area at first is my advice

I hope you have contacted qvc? and demand your p&p back, mine was 2 days late (my husband orderd premium delivery on it ay £7.90) shocking price and they couldnt even get that to me within 3 days, they did refund the £7.90 after alot of messing about. Most of my qvc parcels come by the DX goddess they are pretty good but then i always pay for premium delivery on all qvc orders as once had hermes deliver something(well actully that should be fail to deliver something!) hope that helps
