    Although I am at present trying to collect milano charms for my granddaughter, I totally agree re gold plating and new fussy designs on the Kama range. Perhaps these points could be raised by someone going to the 'meeting at Gems' which I think is this Wednesday?

    The 'Clearance Auctions' don't seem to be clearing very much stock!! The same items keep repeating over and over and over and over :yawn::yawn:etc........................................ and cannot see many sold!

    Totally agree! What a very sad state of affairs, as in the 'Rocks ' days the CS was second to none. What a shame that a bright innovative idea has been dulled in this way. Also, why no response from, Steve, John and Sarah Bennett?

    Unable to sleep, just turned on Gems TV to hear Adele Houghton saying at least TEN 'folks' in 5 mins, switched right off again!! It seems we have gone from 'guys' to folks now! I am not a 'guy' or a 'folk' thank you very much! Good Night!

    CS started to go downhill after Katherine and Tony left. Now it seems if you want a satisfactory outcome you have to e-mail John or Steve direct to get quick solutions to any problems, which is fine but why can't the 'new' CS people be trained to be as efficient as the originals?

    Completely agree Jenny's shouty style makes me turn off straight away, it is just not necessary to shout at people like that and it certainly does not make me want to buy anything!!
