Just flicked over to qvc during an advert break and they're selling that awful LAB tooth whitening kit, which judging by the reviews is next to useless, but they want £8.34 for postage!!! Are they joking, there is no way it would cost more than £3.50 to ship via Hermes.

If my nails looked that bad then (a) I wouldn't show them on camera and (b) would not waste my money on products which drew attention to them. I love wearing nails Inc (and usually buy direct from their website) but that 'demo' would not entice me to buy because I was too distracted by her nails...
