Just rang QVC to ask how much the 2nd AD was, and after a long wait while he checked, was told the same price! I asked why you were getting 2 things less for the same price and he said that the bag and brush were free in the first drop. What a terrible deal!

I wish they were offering the Light Medium in this TSV as that's a great match for my skin. The CC cream is a great product and their brushes are excellent, plus I'm interested in the eyeliner effect mascara, so may go for it as can live with Medium, especially when followed with the powder.

It's not that one - that was the brush included in the first drop. It looks like a blush brush, but I can't find any mention of it anywhere else either!

Just received the Auto Delivery yesterday. Palette looks lovely. Bit weird including what I think is a blush brush with no blusher though.

What's in the AD, do we know? Different products, or the same things again repeatedly?

Well, mentioning the Consumer Rights Act must have done the trick, as I've just been informed QVC are sending me a double-ended brush, so I'm happy with that. Worth remembering for future complaints.

Really poor practice! Still not had a reply, so have chased them up, and quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Don't hold out much hope, but they have to learn if they do false advertising some people will follow it up!

Has anyone else complained to Customer Services that it came with a single-ended eyeshadow brush instead of the double one advertised? It took them 4 days to reply to my initial enquiry, with an email denying that it had ever been described as double-ended, so I have sent them this screenshot...
