Pump update Hi, I phoned CS today to ask where my replacement pumps had got to and a very pleasant CS lady contacted the product info team on my behalf. She was clearly embarrassed to tell me that Ojon had tested the pumps and they were the right ones - you have to ram them on really hard and...

No probs here Hi :grin:, I received mine a couple of days after ordering. I think yours may have gone astray - it might be worth a call to CS to see if they know anything. Sometimes the courier returns goods if they have been damaged in transit, but rarely do you get to know until you 'phone...
