Good grief.....: decorum.... ladylike behaviour....you know....putting your teeth in and your bra on before the vicar comes to tea....

Hee hee made me really 'laugh out loud' Mathilda - am now cleaning my screen, due to the tea I spat at it when I did!

...... and great to see you back John!

Oo-er, what are you suggestin' - way too hot! <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D1%252F1%255F4%255F87%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1/1_4_87.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D1%252F1_4_87%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>

Laydeeeez! Puleeeze! Let's show a bit of decorum now !!

Mathilda I blame Argey personally, I think she's a bad influence! :Laughing1:

No denying that Argey is a minx and liable to be a bad influence, Klos..... but it's up to YOU not to be quite such an apt scholar! Saints preserve us from fast learners, eh? :tongue2:

Reminds me of the time my aged Pa, nearly nintey at the time, remarked, when rather the worse for wear after a boozy session at the local cricket club: ..... "but I fell in with a bad crowd." Yeah, right, and I know who the leader of that crowd was!! :cheeky:
How I miss him.... he taught me such a lot!! :giggle:

Surely - you can't mean me Klos? <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D23%252F23%255F10%255F12%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_10_12.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_10_12%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>

Argey, you are incorrigible :cool2: .... we all know that butter wouldn't melt on your Halo!

or even your blinged up halo!
xxxx

edit: Poor John, he'll think that all his well-wishers are a bunch of nutters.... when I, personally, have yet to be locked up (of course, they've got to catch you first and I move a lot faster than you'd imagine I can, given the weight of bling and blubber..... and Argey has her new scooter!!)
By the way, I think the shirt John was wearing the other night must have been a present for his birthday.... the one with the shades of blue an white stripes......MUST have been a gift.... can't see JS himself buying anything so restrained, bless 'im!! :cool2:
I SO appreciate being able to check the colour balance on my TV screen whenever he comes on..... Thanks , John, just another feature of your presenting that we enjoy!!!! :hi:

I so hope you're right Mathilda, it's been such a pain since the colourcard went off our screens. I've got a nasty feeling though he may have chosen that shirt, given that he can be seen wearing his specs from time to time <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D36%252F36%255F2%255F78%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_2_78.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_2_78%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a> xx

Ooh, errrrr.... I hadn't though of that!
Nah, he wouldn't have chosen it..... far too ordinary.... unless he bought it in his hols... eyes a bit dazzled by the sunshine, so not seeing too clearly? Maybe left his specs at home.... happens all the time!

You two are mad but so funny with it :Happy1:
Shame Argey lives South of the Border or you could be the new "Fran and Anna" What do you think ladies? :Laughing1:

SNA2311C-280_739078a.jpg

Argey, I feel I must tell you that Fran and Anna were known as the "gruesome twosome" Shock Horror!

Very popular Scottish entertainers (???!!!???!!!), Fran died about six years ago and Anna just earlier this year..... so, since they've passed, there is a vacancy for a good double act.......we could discuss it !!

Perhaps just the odd gig ( well, with us, it would be that) now and then..... to celebrate John's next birthday, eh?

They stayed close to me ... and you used to see them around the village ... they always wore outfits like that!!!!

Faerie, this is excellent news... you will be able to give Argey and I pointers on just how to get the style just right! Off right now to source the outsize fishnet tights..... wot size d'you take, Argey?

Course.... wot would be really great would be if JS would be our stylist.....we'd be on our way to the top then .... I bet that man knows a good tartan when he sees one.....??!! :giggle:

76" hip please Mat. xx

Ah, bit smaller than me, then, Arge.... I guessed as much. We'll need to negotiate really top dollar rates of pay then, to be able to afford the acres of material we'll need for the cozzies...... will it be worthwhile in the end? Tax to pay etc........ cost of new wheeelbarra..... mine is even more past it than I am and I want you to have only the best.........

now this .... is a good tartan!
