Got a silly question to ask !!

I've got two items that I want to return to QVC. When I looked at the delivery slip, it states that the item has to be returned in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, the packaging for one of the items was badly damaged and the other I throw away as I was going to keep the item, but have now decided to return it.

Can I still return the items, even though I don't have the original packaging ?

I never use the original packaging. As long as all the appropriate paperwork is enclosed I am sure it will be alright.

Thanks for that Mia. Was just a bit worried about returning them without the original packaging. Got all the paperwork, so it should be alright.

I've sent a few things back without the original packaging. I think that as long as its secure they don't mind. Sent a Laura Geller set back in a shoe box as I'd chucked the original box away. Put the shoe box in a black plastic bag, selotaped it up and sent it back no problem.
