I see NEXT have been had up for not refunding P and P charges when customers return goods.
DSRs say that goods returned within 7 days should be refunded inc. P and P.
I've lost track of how many times on here people have said QVC haven't refunded P and P and I'm sure it's the same for IW. Obviously if people keep the goods for the 30 day try out, this doesn't apply - but many people must return things (or try to) almost immediately when they realise items are unsuitable/already used! :wait:
