Refunds

Does anybody know how long TJC take to refund items that have been returned? I want to order something else but am not going to until this refund has been processed.

Hi Greenie

Not had a refund for a few months, I takes about 5-8 working days from experience. TJC are normally very good! Don't count the weekend

Thanks, Sapphireblue. I sent an item back 10 days ago and when I looked yesterday it hadn't gone through. I've just checked again and it's now been processed.
