They do say on air that money will only be taken out of your account when the item has been dispatched.

But they don't always tell you straight away when things have been despatched. Maybe you will get the item tomorrow/Tuesday, MillysMomma? Sometimes I get the email the day I receive the item, so it was obviously sent out a day or two earlier and I have occasionally not had the "It's on its way" email at all.

I think it is just a holding charge as someone has already said after 3 days funds will be available and then when it is dispatched they will charge your card and take the payment.
