£9.99 & £2.99 P&P (or free with orders over £30. Also free if you Click & Collect from a local store): http://www.lakeland.co.uk/23575/EcoEgg-Dryer-Eggs

Plus I've found that if I'm unhappy with a Lakeland product (rare) or if it arrives damaged they will accept my word over the phone and refund or send a replacement without my having to post back the original item!

Buying power my @rse!

Not interested in these Eco Eggs but just wanted to second Jude's comments about Lakeland Customer Service.......they are second to none. I've been shopping with them for years and on the odd occasion I've had a problem they have been first class in dealing with it. I am rarely disappointed with the goods I receive but, for once, I didn't like a silk potted plant I'd bought for my elderly Aunt (no problems with her forgetting to water it!) but when it arrived it was dreadful, so artificial looking, nothing 'realistic' about it at all. When I contacted them about returning it for a refund they said it wasn't necessary as they would just credit my account and I could keep the plant to donate to charity or whatever. Can you see QVC doing that??!!

Exactly my experience, they told me to donate, keep or bin the item! Can't imagine QVC ever saying that! I also ordered crockery from Secret Sales and some pieces were chipped or broken when delivered, and all they asked for was an emailed photo and they refunded in full!
