See my post on QVC about them selling off obsolete Bose items, not much different to IW.

Also, I bought one of those HANDY tools from IW, and the first time I used it bolts vibrated loose, came off, and got lost in the grass. I wanted to return it, but IW CS never responded to emails, and I wasn't going to use their premium phone number. Eventually, Trading Standards had to get involved.
