Last year I ordered the Daewoo PVR TSV online - it never appeared and CS said I hadn't ordered it. Months later I remembered I saved the web page and I most certainly had ordered it, it even said 'save this web page for your records', silly me.
It turned out that the Daewoo had tinny sound, I was told, so I didn't mind not getting it
