Advice, please

So I bought a few Christmas presents from Gemporia. In one of these ill-conceived purchases, items were missing from the order. I called to notify them, but after more than a week they still haven't addressed the issue. I have left them bad reviews on both Trustpilot and Feefo but they don't seem to care. Any advice, please? Thanks!

That's terrible that they haven't sorted it out. Can you email Steve or whomever is in control these days. Although saying that I emailed him a few years back and he didn't respond, so emailed him again, and eventually got a short response. I presume he was away on business, and that no-one was checking his email. You feel like you have no control of the situation, it is maddening. Hope you get it sorted asap.
