£20 ! for a 'jewelled tree' !!! a few bits of wire with a few sparkly beads ! and oh the description -- absolutely incredible - stunning - no batteries or plugs - lightplay and energy for the room.. ha ! ha ! For something that can be picked up in Home Bargains for a fiver.

Interestingly she said she was 'overwhelmed' when she saw them - well, that shows she goes to a warehouse with shipped goods from China, and probably pays a couple of quid each for them.

I couldn’t agree more. I can’t imagine anyone paying her over hyped prices for tat. Because that’s what it is. I have beautiful trees 4 of them which I bought from Balsam Hill, their qualit6 is second to none as are their accessories.

I don’t care for what she sells, her own shop and customer service is a joke, but I guess there are mugs out there with more money than sense. I had a good browse round her shop online, and asked questions. A friend ordered something from her shop online which never arrived and had a great debacle with “customer service”.

I don't rate any of her stuff at all. Give me The Range any day. Lovely Christmas stuff in there, have bought loads over the years, mind you at the moment full of skeleton hands rising from graves, witches eyes flashing with arms waving and clowns screaming in cages. Blimey, there was nothing like that when I was a youngster. Not sure I like them really.

I have 3 great nephews, one 18 months and 1 is 5, one is 4 and last week (before Kirklees was shoved into lockdown again :(), we were in B&M's and this clown suddenly pulled back the bars of his cage, shoved his head out and started screaming and freaked the two oldest totally. Charlie the 18 month old thought it was brilliant. Sorry, I seemed to have gone off track. Alison Cork .... No!! The Range and B&M yes.

She probably pays less than three quid each. I like to listen to her, however. She knows how to talk the talk, but I'm never tempted.

Her Christmas stuff is too ”blingy“ for me.

I've a couple of her things, I liked the blanket, as did the dog. When you see her products in the cold light of day though they are just tat. Her Christmas things are always in clearance, have been for just about a year in fact. That jewelled twig was a joke.

Just looked at her website out of interest. Thousand pounds for an 8' high nutcracker - I'm still laughing. Some of us on here could do what she does. Buy a load of 'stuff' from the Range or Home Bargains, slap on a bit of profit and then wax lyrical with stunning/ABSOLUTELY beautiful etc etc. Because that's all she's doing, it just takes a bit of capital to start with.

I don't like any of her offerings... so I don't watch her anymore.

Prefer to buy John Lewis or M&S in the sale after Christmas and get quality stuff for a very few pounds even though its xmas I want the quality to be classy

Have to agree Boffy. At the end of Jan this year, I went onto the House of Fraser site, and tree decorations that were priced at around £8 were reduced to 50p and £1, and loads were Gisela Graham that are NEVER below a fiver !

What a load of crap...It's not even Christmassy, it looks bleak and sad to me, and yep - worth no more than a fiver!

Just had to have a look Brissles. £2799.99 for a nutcracker, now that is taking the biscuit. It's frightening to think some people might actually buy it.

Just checked that out...and yep, it's there in all it's glory...It is massive, but what made me chuckle was the Alison Cork "Affordable luxury"...if you're a millionaire, then perhaps!

Looking at the furniture etc, on her own site it’s obviously a “curated” collection as opposed to designed by her.
Have seen lots of the stuff on other sites including Brand Alley.
I have this chair. I bought it from a seller on eBay. It was described as a customer return. Cost just under £200 and absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Yes, there are loads of shops and websites up and down the country selling the sort of 'stuff' she specialises in, so she's just another 'shop' on the tele, like Bundleberry etc.

I've got two Nutcracker soldiers that I got from QVC, they are about 3 feet tall and I think they were £45 each. I've got a little inglenook fireplace at home and they actually look really good at either side with my woodland swag along the mantel with the little lights on. I'm a sucker for Christmas things but who the hell would want a 10 foot nutcracker man? I don't even think it would fit in my house lol.

I love Christmas & my decorations are some of my favourite possessions. However, that is hideous & I'd be worried that it would get tipped over onto the cat or grandchild. Our home is 1930s & the ceiling height is 9 feet so with the exception of part of the hall we couldn't have anything like him indoors & outdoors would mean a lot of stick from our neighbours!
