When I first joined the QVC watching community back in 2009, one of the presenters was a very enthusiastic young woman called Anna Cookson. She often had a new word she was putting into practice. Now working on BBC Radio Kent she's picked up an award along with other BBC journalists for interviews with Liz Truss in the aftermath of the infamous mini-budget that effectively led to the demise of her premiership https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-65050364

There is life after Q outside of selly telly for some presenters. Congratulations to Anna.

There were several 'calm and clear' presenters back in those days. Unlike the hyperactive gush gush gush ones now. I had to laugh the other day when the young Brummie one said " I do PROMISE you that Spring is coming ! " that's like saying it will get dark tonight. FGS !

Sad to report I have no recall of her at all on QVC. I thought I knew most of them over the years, but not her. Though, it is said you usually remember the bad ones better!

I think it depends on when presenters are on and when you tend to watch. Q move their presenters around more now. Then they were on at more predictable times. At the time, recovering from surgery, I would be watching across the day (not all day, as I had things to do).

I have watched QVC since 1996, often wish they had good stock and presenters, can’t stand it now but rarely watch.
