The only thing I can find on it so far is that is seemingly appears as part of a licence transfer in March 2022 from Ideal Shopping Direct Ltd to Ideal World Ltd according to the March 2022 TV broadcast licensing monthly update. Unsure at the moment when the licence was originally granted.
