It was [email protected] so try that

Very odd ... I was replying to their email , and that was the address they had used

Maybe it was because you put UK in the address when it’s a lower case uk?

I’ve just received a phone call in response to my query. Might be worth you completing the online contact form.

If your credit card goes out of date they are on to you like a shot either by phone/email/carrier pigeon. If you owe them money they let you know pronto. I let mine run out just for fun as I like to hear the panic in their voice when they haven't been able to collect my easy payment
