Can someone remind me please who it was on here to contact re complaints at C & C?

I stupidly bought items on flexi-pay and then when my card was used fraudently - and they were the only ones I used it with! - I had to be sent a new one. Although I was told by a member of staff that all my flexi payments had been altered to new card- I had a letter at the weekend saying they had failed to collect a payment and that this was a second letter and they were now going to charge me an additional £10. An email tonight informs me its now £12! I didn't even get a first letter.

The moral of this tale is watch out on flexi pays.

They are certainly on their way to losing another customer and I'm not going to pay any additional charges when the fault lies with them.
Anyone else having similar problems?
