Hi all
I have a lovely 18ct diamonique ring which I know is no longer in stock
the other day I lost one of the stones in it and wonder if anyone has ever had a diamonique ring repaired or if it is possible to do so?
I cant get on QVC website and thought I'd get more sense out of you guys than ring customer services. I really love the ring so don't want to return it.

how long ago did you buy it from qvc i think if it goes faulty within the first 6 months of purchase they will fix it for you

I had a pair of DZ earrings which i loved but like you,became damaged, and were no longer in stock. They were well out of the guarentee period but i contacted QVC anyway. They were wonderful, they gave me the name of the person(a lady) at QVC CS who deals with DZ repairs and i sent them to her (recorded). They came back repaired and they didnot charge me anything - i was delighted. This was around two years ago, so it may be worth giving CS a call and ask them for the name of this lady(sorry i no longer have it) hopefully she is still around QVC. Worth a try?

I have today contacted CS who have taken my details and promised to get someone to 'phone me with a view to getting the stone replaced.
I have had the ring since jan and it is now discontinued. I don't want to get a refund as I really like it so hopefully they will be able to do something.

Ronaldo, I have had lots of diamonique and the stones themself have a lifetime guarantee, but not the gold or silver. If a stone has fallen out QVc will repair it. So dont worry. they will call you back and tell you to return it with their label but if I was you i would send it back recorded delivery. I have done this in the past and they have replaced a stone.
