Just watched it with the sound down while listening to something else.

We don't need to see 5 different models holding the 5 colours of bags, what we NEED to see are the insides of ALL the bags, But they just showed TWO!

And they bore no resemblance to the description eg the garish black and white stripes in the red one.

I can only assume they were too ashamed to show the insides of the other 3 bags.

As I've said many times, what is the point of showing items on TV if you don't actually show the items. And there were no photos of the insides either.

What a shambles!

I was almost tempted by the Daphni hot brush, I've been wanting of those for quite a while and at a good price with the easy pay options etc. Usually I tame the frizz with a tangle teazer and a spritz of olive oil spray and it does a good job, but the effects are that long lasting. I think if I could be sure that using one of these would make my hair look sleeker for longer it would be worth it but hard to know. Obvs there's the 60mbg gubbins but I'm not prepared to spend over £10 on nothing 'cause that's probably what it would cost me in shipping - possibly even more.
Whilst I'm here, I think £200+ is an obscene amount of money to spend on a handbag!
Gonna do a bit of research on the hot brush to see if it could possibly keep the frizz at bay for more than just an hour or so, if so I might go for it (despite everything I've said about Q) If it's sold out by the time I've decided that I will go for it - so be it!

Surely LG bags are incompatible with CHuntley’s vegan lifestyle ?
Well all the ones purchased pre vegan don’t count (??”) and I think that lips clutch is possibly prespex

The ones on Amazon are quite a lot more expensive - are they different models? Amazon reviews very mixed appears to be a marmite item either loved or hated.

Still undecided - Whilst it's something I've considered buying for a long time but never got around to, this does seem to be good opportunity to pick up a high end brand for a good price. My catalogue has the JML version on a bank holiday deal for £24 and the reviews are also similarly mixed. I'm weighing up the pros and cons here. Do I really want another gadget cluttering up the cupboards? Answer - No , also my hair is thick and largely straight anyway, I suffer with frizz and static especially when it needs washing. In between washes I spritz it with olive oil spray which sorts it out temporarily and gives it a bit of a shine which is good. It's a quick and easy fix. If this gave me a really sleek look that stayed in all day then it would be worthwhile. On work mornings it's always a bit of a rush, and whilst this is supposed to be quick, still not sure and tbh, it's only when I'm out socialising that it's really important for my hair to look fab, I have to wear it up, or tied back for work anyway. For a day or a night out I'll have time to wash and style my hair anyway, and like most people's hair it looks much better for a wash and condition. I'd love to find a shampoo that leaves my hair looking really shiny, but so far haven't found one that works for me. I think after writing this - I'll stick with what I'm doing for now - I don't need it. Cheers everyone - I love this site lol!

After watching the best part of the fashion hour, you can certainly "discover" a fair bit about how Q works! Not only do they encourage you to buy something that doesn't fit you if they run out of your size...they send the models out in the wrong size....I quote "You're a high street size 8 aren't you?" "yes" she replied...their response was yes, I think you're wearing the 14-16 and it's a bit big for you, yes, it's gaping around the arms...but it shows how the oversized looks!!!! Good save Debbie...er not! The top in the colourway she was wearing reminded me very much of an overall my old nan used to wear when she was out doing the garden circa 1970's!!!

I was possibly being a bit general in saying Perspex as they are coloured acrylic which is basically coloured plastic.

All the early purchases/freebies were leather as she posted enough pictures drooling over them. Wonder who is using them now or does she do secret preening in her bedroom.

I really thought she had the red perspex lips clutch she did a LG show with long blonde extensions, tall platform courts and her red wrap dress at that time.

I use shampoo from Avalon Organics, my favourite is the Apple Cider one. I also like Moo Hair from Moo & Yoo but it's expensive & if I use it very day after a week my hair can become quite static.

I`m not a handbag collector and tend to use the same bag daily but I do own a LG tote bag I bought around 15 years ago. It`s made from grey tweed, is embroidered with different flowers and has leather handles.
Nowadays the bags are mass produced in China, Lulu may be British and its classed as a British brand but it isn`t manufactured here. Only her one off special edition bags, usually made for a celeb client are made here.
She sold shares to an American company and the top guy said he wanted to bring LG to the masses and in order to keep costs lower then they had to be made in the far east, ie China. He also brought in a design team and Lulu has very little input these days.
If I wanted to spend £200 plus on a bag then I`d go to either Jane Hopkinson bags which are made in Nottingham or The Cambridge Satchel company which are also made here in the UK. I just love their Poppy bag, especially in the limited edition racing green colour but as much as I love it, I won`t buy it because I know it won`t be used often enough. Every season they bring out around 3 limited edition colours as well as the staple black, brown, navy etc

Hands up who thinks she may have fallen off that particular (band)waggon?

Great work, Uncle Strato. You're beginning to think like a girl!

What about Dream coat spray & seal? Meant to be very good. On q, look at reviews?

It must be the influence of the 99.99% of girls on this forum. It can be very lonely as a hetero male.
