Just watching Ellis selling a Malachite ring, waxing lyrical about the amazing bargain, with many comparisons to high end jewellery houses. Not a single mention that it is composed of Malachite chips in resin during the presentation or anything in the description box. So much for the much vaunted transparency of the items they sell.

The Game of Trust? Let's not go there.....I was angry after all the lead up and believe me the lead up to anything on Gems now goes on forever when she finally stated the price was exactly the same as a few days earlier!! She stated how it was the lowest price it had ever been.... So I wrote in explaining politely it had been On earlier at the same price.....no reply .....
