How does it work?

I seem to be asking questions a lot lateley, but i have never bought from Rocks and co before and I have seen something on the web that I like. I know they do requests on the TV show, would it be a better price to do a request or do they sell for the same price on the web ? If I made a request is it better to text or e-mail or phone? I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I think it will be a lower price on air, i would say an email or a text will get to the studio fine.
