I am jealous that USA has Rocks TV

I have long stopped watching Gems TV UK , I never got enticed by the prices and the whole set up.

but I now flick onto ROCKS TV USA and I see some genuine good prices and jealously wish I could bid.

Why can't we have Rocks TV UK back along with the good deals?
