What I don't understand: Why would you use a bronzing primer, which is supposed to be used under the foundation, with the B&B in your usual colour? What's the point?

Exactly. Especially if you’re one of the pale shades like I am, Porcelain. They would be better giving a choice of Spackle or an appropriate one for the foundation colour. Would have been tempted except for this

I believe the primer is very good and it’s difficult to get hold off so I’m tempted with a new product.

After several purchases over the years, all returned, I have never understood what people like about this brand, I don’t like the BA either so I end up turning off. watching the majic push up brush, all ladies my age and certainly Julia Roberts know full well we had this brush in the 70s, Laura makes out it’s a recent invention, I recall ,when it first aired thinking OMG I had that in in the 70s for my powder tan
Julia is looking well these days, her hair is lovely. I wish I still had mine.

I’ve gone off Balance & Brighten. My current compact is very dry and powdery, more drops off the brush than gets onto my face. I just use it to “mattify” a shiny nose now, a light dab over liquid foundation.

I have read this for a recent number of years. Even on the US QVC forum, being used as a setting powder now, as it is too dry and powdery as a foundation. Formula change no doubt, or are those Italian artisans leaving them to bake out in the hot sun too long?

I dithered about getting the TSV, don't need it just fomo but the reviews on US Q are terrible. People saying how it had changed and it was very powdery as the first ingredient was talc so I didn't order.
Still got loads of old LG and Bare minerals I am trying to use up anyway.
