This collection of Mont Rose of Guernsey scented lily bulbs will bloom during the summer months to produce an array of pink flowers. From a Dutch Lily Bulb grower, this Romantic Oriental variety of lily is perfect for planting in patio containers or sunny borders.
Size of bulb: 15cm - 20cm (5.9” x 7.9”)
Maximum height plant can grow to: 50cm - 60cm (19.7” - 23.6”)
Cultural Instructions:
Allow enough space for the lily bulbs to be planted about 15cm (6") apart.
Many lilies produce stem roots below the soil surface so make sure you plant your bulbs at a depth of three times the height of the bulb. Planting deeply also protects the bulbs from extreme weather
If planting in containers, make sure you choose a container which is deep enough to accommodate the bulbs at three times their own depth with space for root growth below.
As a guide choose a container at least 25cm (10") deep. Place bulbs more closely together than you normally would, to give a fuller display, spacing them about 5cm (2") apart.
