New Computer Monitor Help Please

right i think i need a new monitor as one of the bottons on the front is getting stuck in and keeps activating something and im getting a bit annoyed of sticking a cocktail stick in to it to unloosen it

but i dont know what im lookin for again

but i know for a fact i hate all those black monitors that are around at the moment

my current monitor must be about 5yrs old as i paid nearly £200 for it and its a very similar model to this one as its the same make and looks the same

but ive seen this 22" one i rather like but dont know if its any good or what im looking for

honestly i dont know whats best or anything but i dont mind what colour the monitor is longs its not a black one

I haven't looked at those links but is 3D a priority now or in the future? If so I would advise getting one with it already as it cannot be added.

Also, what are your viewing requirements? Blu-ray watching? Again, if so get a full hd one (1920x1080 res)

Oh and also I would stick with HDMI for connectivity (assuming your video card supports it obv.) but wouldn't want to use built-in speakers cos they are always crap!

ahh Stumpybloke thought youd be around to help like

1: i dont need 3d as that aint my sorta thing
2: i dont play blu-rays
3: i know i dont need hdmi as i dont have a computer with that on

so any more help greatfully receive but please have a look at the ones i posted and help me choose one cause i dont fully know what im doin as its been so long since i bought this monitor

just the standard plug for a monitor in to a computer and well internet/music couple word documents and a couple of games nothing too intensive

thats a nice monitor but its BLACK and i dont like black monitors sadly as most of my other stuff is silver or white or red even
