Reading the article, it appears that all clients for brow services etc are asked (amongst other things) if they’ve been in close contact with anyone with COVID.
Obviously some nurses/doctors are answering “yes”.
And that’s what’s caused the problem.
Benefit have now amended their Q & A beforehand, to include a supplementary question re: wearing of medical grade PPE whilst in contact.
It’s all been a bit of a cock up which could have been avoided if someone creating the Q and A had just thought about it a bit more.
