Phone number

TJC really need to change their phone number to a free number and start being more competitive. Its three main competitors all have free phone numbers, but TJC is still charging us on an 0844 number!

QVC freephone 0800 50 40 30
Rocks & Co freephone 0800 107 3535
Gems tv free from all phones 0333 400 8000 (assuming you have 01, 02 & 03 calls on your plan)

I can use 0800 wizard on my phone to call 0800 numbers for free for QVC and Rocks & Co.

TJC should follow its sister channel in the USA the LC which has a toll free number.

Totally agree, should be either an 01,02,03 number or 0800 all the way.

To be fair, they appear to sell a hell of a lot more quantity than Rocks & Co and comparable to Gems TV so maybe phone numbers aren't everything.

Just had an email today, they now have a freephone number 0800 298 4444 just waiting for it to appear on screen so everyone can take advantage! The missed it number has also changed to 0344 375 2525

Not long now until 0800 is free from mobiles too isn't it? Sure I read it was soon.

Got to wait until June next year though, that's probably why most companies are changing their numbers lately. Can you imagine TJC having to list the call charges for every provider because of a 0844 number!
