QVC and widespread Nationwide Banking Problem

I’ve had this issue - declined payment - on 3 occasions recently when I tried to use a Tesco card. There is nothing wrong with my Tesco card account. At least I saved money because I was so fed up trying to pay that I abandoned the purchase.

I did email Q and ask about this. Their email said there is a problem, they are working on it. It's affecting online ordering and Q cut so if you are affected you have to make telephone orders. *Sigh*

They seem to have frequent problems and often say that orders can’t be placed online or on the app and that’s without the extra issue of cards not working.

Have they mentioned this on air when urging viewers to "jump to the phones", "use Q-cut", "tap the app", "order on our website" and so on?

I'm about to change the card on my account but I'm so well stocked up it will be a good while before I order anything from them so hopefully it will be sorted by then. That said, and I realise irresistible bargains are few and far between these days, but should there be one...
