For the past few days, I've had problems trying to login to my account on QVC. The system wouldn't recognise my email or pin so I had to input my account number as well. Time consuming but it worked...until today. I've deleted cookies / history and still unable to access account. Customer Services were already aware of the problem when I rang and the IT team are working on it!
I was only checking to see if returns had been checked in anyway, not to buy anything...but I do check when I order to see if items despatched. QVC are making it so easy not to bother shopping with them anymore...
