And now we have the Morecambe and Wise / Two Ronnies tribute act. Pair of bloody idiots. ;)
BACK OFF!!!

I personally find the little phone number routine they do ...

Peter: 09056
Kevin: 48 48 48

... one of THEE well crafted bits of tv I've ever seen, got it?!?

I watched a bit tonight, sorry I know I'm a broken record on this but the 'you're seeing this FIRST!' rhetoric just makes me think 'SO WHAT?!?'

So, even if what you're saying is accurate, I'm buying a timepiece x days/weeks before other retails have it? WOW!!!!!!! Where's my credit card, I'll buy two of 'em! I just wish the pubs were open so I could bore my mates and the bar staff with stories of 'and I'm one of the first in the world to own this you know! How great am I?!?'

Did Peter V have a suitcase on set?

When you have Roofix you won't need these ...

(proceeds to pull various power tools, a JCB digger, a crane, a dumper trunk, roofing felt, roofing tiles, roof joists and scaffolding poles out of the case)
That's probably the same suitcase he used to use when shilling those obsolete, second-hand iPhones. You know then one with the phrase books, calculator, video recorder, etc etc

On a serious note, especially when your buying something like watches, phones, PCs, or anything technical or specialised, nothing beats good service, being served by sales folk that are obviously interested in what they are selling and are knowledgeable about the products and who also don't treat you as just another customer to get rid of as quick as possible.

I often shop at a local Jeweler (Finnies) for my watches, especially the more expensive ones, not the cheapest place (although they do discounts in store, not online, if you are an existing customer) but they are family business and know how to treat customers, and how to handle the products they are selling, unlike IW shoddy handling of luxury watches. ;)
I completely agree. When I buy something serious I usually go to John Lewis. They help me find the product that will suit me and I've never had a problem. Plus the after care is important for me. And for less important stuff I use Argos as I've never had a problem taking things back (which I rarely have had to do). I won't shop somewhere a bit dodgy where stuff may be a bit cheaper, it's not worth it.

Eh?

You mean you don't want them to bellow at you ...

JUST BUY IT ... JUST BUY IT ...A TELL IT LIKE IT IS ME!!!

Couple of observations from today, that had me shouting at the TV, many a swear word was uttered.:ROFLMAO:

Berk was on earlier, claims he's our shopping expert and here to give us the best deals possible.

You're no expert and you'll have absolutely no involvement on the deal being offered, you're just the presenter.

Sally selling a Tunic, saying it hides a multiple of sins from lockdown, we’ve all put on weight, she’s put on weight she says and hitting different parts of her body and saying things like too much takeways, too much drinking etc.

I’m thinking surely not Sally, ain’t you the one that’s bloody preaching to us at every chance about looking after our bodies/health/what we eat etc and how you are a fervent health freak after your illnesses, consuming all the health supplements that IW sell and an avid Jane Plan eater, doing videos of all the healthy food you stock in your caravan and healthy food hauls from ASDA etc etc or was that all a load of bullshit?

I wish Kev Reynolds would stop ranting on about the last of the ETA movements as though we'll never see them again.

On The Aviator watch - "you might be at a dinner table and there's guys with Breitlings, Tudors, Rolex, they wanted to know what movement the watch, you can tell them, you in 2021 got the last of the ETA movements."

Actually Kev, if they're sitting there with those watches I doubt they'll be bothered what's in an Aviator watch, but anyway Kev, the Swatch group brands will all still be able to use ETA movements. All bigger brands than Aviator, you know like, Longines, Tissot, Certina, Mido, Rado, Hamilton etc, still be plenty of watches available with ETA movements to be had.

I saw Berk earlier starting a ‘beat the clock’ farce

I knew he would be even more hyper than usual so I turned over before he got going. Thanks for the tip Berk, every slot you do should come with a warning ⚠️ at the start.

I think anytime Berk is on,they should have something like this first.

And when Mason and Simon appear.

Listen to Kev, if you want one of those Aviator Airacobra chronos with the ETA 7750, buy it now as not many made, only 22 or 23 ever made.

Pretty slow manufacturing from Aviator considering Airacobra Auto Chrono has been on the market since 2010.

Of course, in the real world you could get a bigger selection of the Aviator Auto Chrono watches elsewhere.

Oh can see trouble in paradise brewing.

Ray - "And sometimes they even add wool in, cause wools cheap, now what happens then is it diminishes the performance of the duvet. Personally I would never consider buying a silk mix, people would expect me to say that, but i simply wouldn't. If you're going to get a silk duvet get a real one."

Oh that's a right kick in the teeth to Downland and Shona. :ROFLMAO:

Biggest laugh though is Sally agreeing with him, "get the proper one, get the real thing, get the real deal" and just a few days ago she was exclaiming along with Shona how super, super great and amazing the downland silk/wool duvet and shrek were. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Ray sells It on his own website, so why does he allow IW to sell it on there channel.

It did made me chuckle though. As I had visions of him boxing them up, and carting them down to the post office, would take him a week

Funny thing is according to Companies House, Arkay Sales Ltd, York Street, Glasgow, which Ray and his wife were directors of, was dissolved in July 2018.
The Arkay company selling mulberry silk on the Internet, is called Arkay sales UK, it's a different address, Glenwood Place, Glasgow, to the other Arkay and strangely no info at Companies house about it, weird.

Phoenix company, do you think? Shady Ray looks just the type to leave his unsecured creditors high and dry.

I know on Create and Craft, they have a brand called Kanban which was run by a guy called Keith Smith, the company went belly up, and he changed the trading name to iKan, but on air continued to be known as Kanban, the company ran into Trouble again, Ideal Shopping Direct, purchased Kanban, and still have shows of it.

Keith returned some months later with a new company Paper Dienamics.

Also notice POTD Tonight is another Tower Oven how many models do they have.

Rob LockE just said Ray could read the phone book to him, and he would like it
