I have returned an item on Monday to QVC ,not showing on my account .Do they still inform you they have received it ?

Yes they always send me an email when they have received the item. You can request that on the returns form.
 
Sometimes it seems to take a long time before they tell you it has arrived back and it can be quite worrying.
