Goodness me, a blast from the past!
Maybe there is yet hope for the tribes asking when the next Birkenstock show is, after all!

Bound to be overnight facial with something...or maybe a duo, or maybe a morning & night version.
I think she may be struggling in difficult times....

I think a lot of the facialist beauty brands will be in the same boat. No beauty treatments from 23 March until mid August...just have given them sleepless nights.

I can't feel sympathetic somehow though, at the prices she was charging out facials for. They were good, but not shamazing.....Skincare is overpriced too. With the likes of the low inkeys etalia, the consumer is more savvy, I feel.

The facialists charge for their time as well as premises, equipment and products. Same as most businesses would do.

It is a nice brand, I was given a few minis a few years back. But do not expect miracles
You know what DONNA I just like a moisturiser to do its job and Elemis amongst others are lacking. The very best I have used is the Liz Earle superskin that kills the competition and a sample I got from Space NK that I know I would have to take out a loan for lol.

You're absolutely right, but she is 2-3x much as other, very good, albeit 'non celebrity' (wtf??) facialists. With premises & products. Are her treatments 3x as good? I don't think so.
She was charging £££ a good few years ago before she moved to the swish premises.

Oh, interesting? No idea what makes you think that? I can use both formulas but notice the neroli version when on QVC seems not to sell as well.
I prefer the original, however the neroli is richer. I'm pretty sure there is an element of synthetic fragrance in there (despite being labelled originally as 'natural neroli') & that's what I'm not so keen on The orig is actually really nice imo, but some can't stand the omega smell. I'm lusting after it now....

if the price is right I would love to try this brand

It's a great 'treat yourself' brand with a lovely user experience - spells luxury - lovely packaging, (bathroom shelfie!) smells great (but perfumed). Prices are higher than Elemis recently increased prices, & the sizes are small. But you do feel special, as would anyone receiving as a gift. The treatment cleanser is very good. The 'serums' are somewhat overrated for 15mls. Very nice, but not amazing.

I will have a little go as now at a very "ripe" age I can actually use and need essential oils/ anti ageing so basking in its glory finally!

I thought I heard Caroline mention it, anyhow I’ve ordered it from Boots who have a special offer with a free Fresh & Bright collection and Cica restore paste, I can pick up at my local store 😄

I have been using Jane Scrivner products and I do like her oils and cleanser. It is uncomplicated and not OTT price wise.QVC do some good prices.Other than that I like LE Superskin moisturiser and some of the JW retinol range.I cannot do these days with switching brand to brand having products I hardly use. Some ranges are so complex Elemis being one.The days of going to a counter and coming away with a range of products are over, except for foundation colours which I have stuck to for years.
