Haven't had time for watching Bid recently but caught the final half hour early this morning where the original self righteous brother Mike Mason was gamely trying to shift some terrible tat.
First up was a set of three canvas sheets with plastic frames which you put in your printer to make canvas effect photos.Mike, who was on autopilot, told us that his home is filled with photos of which his favourites are (natch!) canvas prints for which he (No Mike please......!) 'PAID A LOT OF MONEY!'
They weren't moving so Liana was trotted out and asked if she had any canvas prints, and surprise surprise, yes she had one by her bed or some such nonsense.
They sold virtually nowt.
Next up was an indoor tv attenae where Mike was so constrained by the recent ASA ruling on claims about boosting signals that he said if it doesn't improve your picture send it back-the profits in the postage so what the heck.
That didn't move either.
They finished with a triple A tanzanite ring which was so small they didn't even show it,just a huge blue-tinted photo.
They flew out and Mike bade us goodnight.
I actually felt sorry for him.

Saw Adam Heppenstall trying to sell the canvas print kit early yesterday evening; it wasn't exactly flying out the door but a bit better than the next two products for which they sold not very much at all, and I felt really sorry for him because he's one of the "good guys" at the channel.

One of them was this pendant (quantity of 50) with only one buyer: http://www.price-drop.tv/PreviousAuctionProductPage.aspx?Cat=7&SubCat=30&Offer=5278713 - "A true designer piece, most usually seen only in 9ct or 18ct solid gold" - So why is it in silver then?

And there was this Klaus Kobec ladies' watch (quantity of 39), of which they sold six: http://www.price-drop.tv/PreviousAuctionProductPage.aspx?Cat=15&SubCat=39&Offer=5278697
