Cashback from QVC is 6% for next 4 days

I am quite new to topcashback. I thought qvc had pulled the plug on them so I haven't been using it - did you find the info on the topcashback website?

I got an email from them, there was a problem one day a few weeks ago
but it was rectified soon after and has been working for me ok

I now always use TCB because they don't charge like Quidco do. Any transactions I've made via TCB have been tracked and confirmed and I've had some good 'pay outs.' However, I'd love to know why it takes QVC an average of 18 weeks to pay out when the other sites I use are far quicker. By the time I've received my cashback from QVC, I've usually forgotten what it's for, because of the waiting time.
