I refer of course to IW's resident car polisher Mr Simon Isles (sp). The man's over-use of the phrase 'do you know what' is nothing short of criminal.
It is a pointless phrase at the best of times, but showroom shine's representative on earth uses it at the most inapt moments, sometimes merely as a filler before he thinks of something (inane) to say.
Surely - surely - someone in the IW chain of command has noticed Simon's serial abuse of language?
