OTO question

Can anyone tell me please, if you need to return a OTO only purchase to change it do you get charged full price for the replacement or do they honour the price?
I ordered the Ronni Nicole OTO velvet dress but my normal size 14 is a bit tight & I notice they have 16 in stock.

Hi Breeze,twice I've bought items that didn't fit & I wanted a different size.
I phoned CS & they kept the new one on hold for me till they got the original one back.

The price was the same :clapping:

You have to ring customer services as the returns depot seem to ignore anything written on the returns label including requests for replacements! Good luck getting your dress.

if you do get a replacement sent out at a higher price, give CS a call and they will refund the difference.
