Did anyone get a joypad?

Hi I returned my joypad as it just wasn't working as it should. Phoned customer services and they told me to return it registered post . It went back and I've been waiting for a refund . Today I get a letter sent 2nd class saying I hadn't returned the 2 USB cables with it????? Soooo after a bit of waffle did anyone get the joy tab and what cables ???? We don't remember a USB cable let alone 2 . It was hardly out of the box before it went back . We didn't connect it to anything .help what am I looking for that I haven't sent back ?????

There are 2 leads. The 1st is black 6.25"/ just under 16cm. On one end is a mini usb and on the other is a standard usb adaptor, i.e. you can plug a standard usb in to it. The 2nd lead is blue approx 12"/30cm. On one end is the mini usb and on the other is a standard usb plug. Hope that helps. Jen
