I just wanted to post how fantastic the customer service is. I had a problem with an item in my basket and a ring that I had removed the tag before I noticed a problem. All issues have been resolved so I wanted to post a big thank you especially to Katherine, Anita and John.

They are brilliant Cleo. I'm also glad to hear your ring being tagless isn't a problem. I'm sending back an emerald trilogy tomorrow and the tag is off the ring but in the box. The central stone is loose and like you, I hadn't noticed the fault before removing tag.

Don't think there will be a problem with refund, but I know a phone call/email to Rocks will sort everything out as their CS team are so good.
