I just did the same PPC...and hated it.
they don't answer to emails and they don't get back to you either.
Wonder how many customers they are aiming to lose?

Hard to believe that Gems once had Customer Services who were second to none - the mighty really have fallen :(

well they just save me about 130pounds so am not going to get that from them :33:
for that freaking CS and bliddy noisy music
 
but their help says their phone line is 8am-12am 7 days a week,
oh but to wonder about 12am, is it midnight or noon? and if it's midnight, then bl1ddy answer the phone CS!
 
There is a night shift in CS and it's generally a lot easier to get hold of someone late at night and if you are lucky enough to get B**** then you will get serviced excellently. :D I guess all sections can be hit by shortage of staff at some point so maybe that was the reason CS was giving the closed message?? :WHO KNOWS: :pPC:
